I'm a second-year research master's student at the UW-Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where I employ state-of-the-art computational methods to study the profound influence of local journalism in maintaining an informed and just society. Embracing the principles of open science, I strive to enhance the accessibility and availability of research data, methods, and findings, making knowledge more accessible to all.

With my co-founder, Abby Qin, I direct the Computational Communication Cooperative, a group of cross-departmental, computational researchers at UW-Madison who meet to share their research techniques with one another.
